Tuesday, May 20: 12:30 pm-8:30 pm; Wednesday, May 21: 11:30 am-7:30 pm; Thursday, May 22: 9:00 am-5:00 pm; Friday, May 23: 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Important Information for Synergy Test-takers
To sit for a Citrix Exam at Synergy, test-takers must bring the following to the on-site testing center:

  • •  Two forms of government-issued identification
  • •  Credit card for payment of exam fee. Please note that standard exam fees apply for Synergy testing. For fee information, visit www.prometric.com.
  • •  Prometric ID (previous test-takers only).

It is recommended that test-takers arrive at the Synergy test center 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to begin the registration process.
