Discontinuation and Expiration
Certification discontinuation and expiration are posted on the Citrix Education website and are announced at least 3 months prior to the discontinuation/expiration date.

  • Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) certification requirements are available for at least 9 months.
  • Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA) and Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA) certification requirements are available for at least 24 months.

Update Paths and Deadlines
Individuals who hold unexpired Engineer or Architect-level certifications may be able to update to the latest version of their certification by meeting an abbreviated set of requirements, or update path, when available.

To utilize an update path, the certificant must confirm that their certification is not expired and the update path deadline has not yet passed. Update deadlines are determined and announced at the time of certification expiration announcement.
